Now What?

Recently our new brother Andrei called to see if he could come over for a little while to talk. I wasn't doing anything at the time, so I agreed. When he arrived he said something like this: "I've just been baptized, now what?" We talked for a while about the "now what" things, then Andrei expressed his desire.
He shared with Lucy and I his heart for serving orphans. He has helped over the past couple summers at camps for orphans, but he wants to do something more than just in the summer. So right now we are all praying and thinking about how we would like to serve orphans. Please be praying with us.
At the end of our conversation, Andrei said something like this: "What good is it to be a Christian if we are not helping and serving people?"

I guess I am sharing this with you because I love Andrei's heart. I hope and pray we find many more people like him in Kharkov. I wish everyone who decided to follow Jesus would ask the same question, "now what?"
